My good friend Susie recently did a meditation on 5/5/05 at 5 in the morning.
Here's what she had to say about it...
Hello everyone - it wasn't SO difficult to awaken at 5:05AM this morning! I lit my big pink candle and placed it in front of me. I held an invisible ball with my hands, closed my eyes and started placing people in the golden sphere. I said, "you have been called with love to enter the golden sphere." Then I held them there for a bit. Then I said, "let all who have touched or loved you, or whom you have loved or touched, also enter this sacred sphere." I then watched in amazement as the energy quickly built, working my way through the list of over 200 people.
What I came to understand is that everyone on the face of the earth was included in the healing, many times over, simply by our love and prayers and thoughts. We are all connected in love. By the end of the 55 minutes my hands felt like they were holding a VERY solid ball. I worked my way through holding all Reiki practitioners, healing practitioners, teachers, lawyers, politicians, children, hungry people, people in prisons, and people who are scared. Then I held Earth for a while, then the rest of the Universe.
When I was done, I held my hands over my eyes for a bit, then moved them down to my heart. I could feel an incredible amount of energy. I then saw that we can ALL do that, to help us get grounded and centered and empowered. If you take just a moment to center yourself, then cup your hands and imagine them full of love, then imagine everyone in the Universe contained in that sphere, then use that for healing on yourself - wow!! So, try it if you wish.
This is such a time of transformation - all that is hidden SHALL be revealed (I know that personally in these past few weeks), and it is ALL for our Highest Good. To help us ride the waves, it is good to sit as lightly as possible, and we can do that by breathing, smiling, and surrounding ourselves with people and thoughts that bring us joy.

This site is a great resource for information on Reiki. Keep the great work up. I have been working on Reiki for a very long time and have lots of information on reiki massachusetts. This is another reason why I could say that your site is resourceful. Reiki Experts is a good source of Reiki Information. Thanks for the information. I am sure lot of Reiki masters and Reiki Healers would refer to your site for updates.
